The AI productivity coach that makes sure it happens

You’ve wanted to start your own thing for years.Wanting was never the problem.

Eve is an AI productivity coach — the kind that makes sure it happens. She shapes a goal you can actually reach, maps the milestones, sizes each promise to how you work, and checks in on every one until it exists.

Why goals actually die

92%

61% of Americans have had a business idea. 92% of them never followed through. The gap isn’t ideas, or plans, or wanting it — it’s everything between the goal and the doing.

In the classic subgoal experiments, a distant goal alone produced “no demonstrable effects.” A big goal with no milestones moves nothing — it just sits there, feeling too big to start.

46%

People who made a formal commitment were still succeeding six months later — versus 4% with the identical goal and no commitment.

The whole system

01 · The goal

A goal you can actually reach

Most goals are wishes wearing deadlines. Eve asks for your own measure of what “working” looks like — and when a timeline is fantasy, she says so before it goes on the record, not after it fails.

Decades of goal-setting research: specific, challenging-but-real goals outperform “just do your best.”

02 · The map

Then the map — so it stops feeling too big

Milestones between here and there, in your words, with dates sketched backward from the target — evenly spaced, redrawn as real evidence comes in. Only the nearest one is a promise. The rest are pencil.

Planning backward from the goal surfaces the obstacles forward planning misses.

03 · The promise

Promises sized to fit a real day

A commitment is one sitting’s work, at an exact time you chose — with your why, the obstacle you expect, and your if-then plan attached. And when something slides three times, Eve calls it: too big, wrong time, or wrong move.

In a 16-week randomized trial, people using the wish–outcome–obstacle–plan ritual were twice as physically active.

04 · The coaching

Coached to how you actually work

Five minutes of questions tells Eve how promises stick for you, how your attention works, how delay shows up, and what fuels you. Check-in style, commitment size, what happens after a miss — all adapted to you. It’s why this system doesn’t die by week two like the last one.

05 · The engine

And she reaches out first

A check-in lands about ninety minutes after every commitment’s time — you tell her how it went. One question every morning, one every evening. Go quiet, and she notices. A miss is data, never a verdict.

In a 2016 review of 138 studies — nearly 20,000 people — tracking progress toward a goal reliably improved the odds of reaching it. Reported to another person, the effect more than doubled.

Think personal trainer — for everything outside the gym.

The part nobody says out loud

Become someone who keeps their word — starting with the word you gave yourself.

Every check-in you answer is a receipt. Confidence is a stack of receipts.

Psychologists call kept commitments “mastery experiences” — the strongest known builder of belief in your own ability. Eve’s whole job is helping you collect them, one real commitment at a time.

Why this exists

I built Eve because I was the person in the headline — years of a thing I kept not starting. What finally moved it wasn’t a better plan. It was someone asking, at 4:32 on a Tuesday, whether I’d done what I said I’d do at 3:00. Eve is that question, every day, for whatever you’re building.

The honest part

Eve is a subscription with a 3-day free trial. Every plan includes 30 coaching messages a day — her own check-ins and questions never count against you. No badges or guilt mechanics. A missed day is information, not a reset.
